the product details which states shipping will be between 2 – 3

FREIGHT & GOODS RETURN POLICY
GOODS RETURNS/CREDIT CLAIMS
1. Goods returned for credit will need to be approved by Sijag Administration. A Return Advice Form (RAF) will need to be completed
and returned to Sijag with the product(s). This form will be sent on
request by email or mail or downloaded from Information Section on
the Sijag website. Please note that with all approved returns or exchanges there will be a restocking fee of 20 percent.
2. All goods returned will be checked for
re-saleability prior to replacement or Credit.
3. Freight costs
on all returned goods must be paid by the sender. We recommend that
returned goods are posted via Australia Post with shipment
registration and/or insurance. Customers assume any and all risk of
loss, theft or damage to goods during return transit.
4. A copy
of the invoice number/date or proof of purchase is required to be
provided with the Credit Claim.
5. No claim, for any reason, will
be accepted or approved after 30 days from dispatch.
returned will only be credited if considered to be in its original
condition and packaging with all product components included.
